Cancellation
You can request cancellation by emailing contact@trei.dev. Once AutoPay is cancelled, future monthly charges stop and the app may ask you to set up AutoPay again for continued access.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental payments, or unresolved access problems reported soon after payment.
How to request
Email contact@trei.dev with your Razorpay payment reference, billing month, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method where Razorpay supports it.
